TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such conditions are expressly agreed by Jade Victoria Photography in writing. 

USE OF IMAGES

Any images released to you may be printed or displayed online for personal use only. Selling, publication or any commercial use is prohibited without prior permission from Jade Victoria Photography.

If you display your images on social media, I ask you to kindly credit my name and/or website where possible, or ‘tag’ my social media pages respectively. This is not a contractual requirement, however it is a greatly appreciated gesture.

I reserve the right to use images for advertising, display, publication and other purposes without seeking permission from you first unless you have pre-arranged a privacy agreement with me. All images remain the exclusive property of me, Jade Victoria Photography.

Should the digital negative files be lost, damaged or destroyed for the reasons beyond control, my liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposits and fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods already received.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable booking fee will confirm your booking. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance due. Your final balance will be due 2 weeks before the date of your shoot. Alternative payment options can be arranged if agreed prior to the date of shoot and confirmed in writing by Jade Victoria Photography.

CANCELLATION

If the client cancels up to 72 hours before the shoot they will receive a refund minus the deposit paid. You will not receive a refund should you cancel within the 72 hours. If I can, I will offer an alternative date for your shoot.

DELIVERY

I will endeavour to deliver digital negative files as quickly as possible, approximately 2 weeks. However, this could take up to 4-6 weeks during busy periods.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the unforeseen circumstance that I might be unable to work due to illness, accident, injury or other casualty, acts of god/force majeure/unpredictable natural events, or any other cause beyond the control of the parties, I will make every effort to arrange a substitute photographer with a similar shooting style. In the unlikely event that a substitute is unavailable, then liability is limited to a full refund of any payments received.

I cannot be held responsible for lateness due to any public service problems or extraordinary road traffic delays which are beyond my control. It should be noted, however, that I always allow ample extra time when travelling to allow for any delays and every reasonable effort will be made to be on time.

I cannot accept liability in the unlikely event that images are lost through theft, fire, equipment malfunction or other damage caused without fault on my part. Liability is limited to a full refund of any payments received.

In any event, my liabilities are limited to a full refund of any balance paid.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT

Any directions issued to clients, their guests or employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said person’s own risk. I cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
